Deokjane Bangatgan is a garaetteok (thick rice cake) tteokbokki and snack restaurant on the L1 floor of Gangnam Station I'Park 1, near Sinnonhyeon Station in Seocho, Seoul. The spacious room has an open kitchen and a self-service corner, and orders go through the kiosk at the entrance; this visit was takeout of garaetteok tteokbokki, chapssal sundae (glutinous rice blood sausage), spicy tuna gimbap (seaweed rice roll) and 2 boiled eggs. The sweet-spicy sauce soaks right into the thick rice cakes, so Deokjane Bangatgan is worth one stop for anyone who loves tteokbokki.
