Seoul breakfast gukbap restaurant by Seokchon Lake: Boseung Hoegwan

Boseung Hoegwan Bangi Branch is a 24-hour sundae gukbap (pork and blood sausage soup with rice) restaurant on Ogeum-ro in Songpa, Seoul, right in front of Seokchon Lake. Because Boseung Hoegwan sits across the street from the Sofitel and Lotte Hotel Jamsil, it works as a morning meal instead of hotel breakfast, with a clean broth that carries no off smell and plenty of chives piled in. You can also ask for the dadaegi (spicy chili paste) to be left out when you first order, which makes Boseung Hoegwan an easy pick for anyone who avoids it.
