Yangpyeong Station omakase lunch with monkfish liver: Sushi Hibi

Sushi Hibi is a sushi omakase restaurant in a lane off Dangsan-ro 32-gil, near Exit 4 of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. The writer, a Mullae-dong local, ate the second lunch seating with her husband and tasted negi (green onion) tempura hidden inside daurade nigiri, monkfish liver in place of uni, and tamago simmered for two hours, each course explained by the chef. Because sashimi, grilled fish and soup alternated with the nigiri, the course never dragged, and the couple left planning to return with business clients.
