Hidongi Chicken Seokgwan Branch is a fried chicken restaurant at the entrance of Dolgoji Market in Seokgwan-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, open until 6:30am. A late-night takeout order at 8:30pm was one half-seasoned, half-fried bone-in chicken for 15,000 won, with a 3,000 won takeout discount on one bird. The fried half at Hidongi Chicken stayed crispy outside and juicy even in the breast, and the sweet-and-tangy seasoned half never felt heavy.
