Packed on opening day: raw galbi Korean BBQ in Dalseo, Daegu
Baeksanu Sutbul Wolsong Main Branch is a raw galbi (Korean short rib) Korean BBQ restaurant in Sinwolseong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, using 100% domestic chilled raw galbi. Even fresh off opening the place was full, so the writer grabbed the last table in back and worked through bakpo raw galbi, pre-grilled real pork galbi, yukhoe (beef tartare), and doenjang stew, with self-bar pork skin filling the wait. The ramyeon noodles were a letdown, but with a kids' playroom on site this is a solid pick for a family night out — definitely going back.
