Busan tonkatsu restaurant with tenzaru soba set: Yuyu Katsu Haeundae
Yuyu Katsu Busan Haeundae Branch is an aged Japanese tonkatsu restaurant on the 2nd floor in front of Jwa-dong Traditional Market in Haeundae, Busan, a 5-minute walk from Jangsan Station Exit 10. The order was the tenzaru soba set (+2 shrimp) and the special mixed katsu, which brought truffle oil soup, pork loin, tenderloin and cheese katsu, and tsuyu dipping broth simmered for 10 hours. Yuyu Katsu is a good Jwa-dong lunch spot for anyone who wants tonkatsu and soba on one table.
