Instead of an americano, the writer ordered the Panama Black Moon Geisha Washed #3 at 22,000 won, a cup with no sourness at all — smooth and refined — and alternated it with the signature Classic Tiramisu at 8,500 won, which kept the palate clean. Central Site Hapjeong is a good choice when you want to focus on the coffee itself rather than the interior.
