Sindorim Sambaekga is a bossam (boiled pork wrap) and kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Gyeongin-ro by Sindorim Station in Guro, Seoul. After work, three of us — the writer, her mother-in-law and a 22-month-old baby — ordered the medium bossam kalguksu set for 42,000 won and ate at a partitioned table, where the Sambaek bossam pork was tender enough to cut with chopsticks and the baby kept reaching out for more.
