Baekok Myeongdong is a pork gomtang (clear pork soup) restaurant tucked into an alley off Myeongdong 8-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul. The order was a large pork gomtang with extra scallions, cold jeyuk (chilled boiled pork) and cabbage dumplings wrapped in cabbage leaves instead of dumpling skins, and the thinly sliced Korean pork shoulder piled so high it nearly hid the broth.
