Late-night aged sashimi and potato chips in Sinsa: Parang Haenyeojip
Parang Haenyeojip Sinsa Direct Store is a sashimi restaurant near Sinsa Station and Garosugil in Gangnam, Seoul, that ages in-season fish before serving it. On a visit after 10pm, the small aged sashimi combo cost 48,000 won and came as flounder, salmon, mackerel and red seabream, alongside a minari vegetable salad for 2,000 won and a bowl of potato chips for 10,000 won, all clean-tasting with no fishy smell. Service was friendly enough to bring fine flower salt on request, which makes Parang Haenyeojip an easy place to return to.
