Seoul Station after-work Japanese dinner, Set 1 at Furato Shokudo
Furato Shokudo Seoul Square Direct Store is a gyukatsu (Japanese-style fried beef cutlet) restaurant on basement level 1 of Seoul Square, right in front of Seoul Station Exits 8 and 9. On a late visit after work, Set 1 (38,000 won) brought gyukatsu, omurice and two drinks including yuzu cider, plus an izume butter add-on grilled on the tabletop brazier. The thin batter kept the beef juicy and went best with the salt sauce, and while the omurice split failed, the taste at Furato Shokudo pleased everyone at the table.
