Beer and pizza after work at an Isu pizza bar: garlic dip, Raymond
Raymond Isu Branch is an American-style pizza and craft beer spot a 3-minute walk from Exit 9 of Isu Station (Line 7) in Dongjak, Seoul. An after-work order of five pizza slices, truffle fries, a Belgian witbier and a blueberry sour ale made for an easy pizza-and-beer night, and the blueberry sour ale had little foam but a bright tartness that made skipping the sampler feel like a miss. Ordering extra garlic dipping sauce at Raymond Isu Branch turned out to be unnecessary — it comes standard — but it still made the pizza taste 1.5 times better.
