Nodeul Island picnic takeout from Yongsan tteokbokki spot Hyeonseonine
Hyeonseonine Yongsan Main Branch is a well-known bunsik (Korean street snack) restaurant on Yongridan-gil in Yongsan, Seoul, close enough to the newly reopened Nodeul Island to pack everything up for a picnic. On a weekend lunch visit, the Hyeonseoni Combo Set at 26,000 won in medium spice brought tteokbokki, sundae (blood sausage), fried snacks, mini gimbap (seaweed rice rolls) and fish cake, and the self-serve fried batter flakes sprinkled on top were the highlight. The set is generous for two people and easily enough for three.
