Yeouido IFC Mall tteokbokki after a family bike ride: Hyeonseonine
Hyeonseonine Premium IFC Mall Branch is a tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) and bunsik (Korean snack food) restaurant on level B2 of IFC Mall, connected to Yeouido Station in Seoul. After a bike ride around Yeouido with the kids, the writer stopped in and ordered the Hyeonseoni Set (23,000 won) — tteokbokki, sundae (blood sausage), fried snacks and mini gimbap — in mild spice, and the adjustable heat made it easy to share with children. The vegetable and sweet potato fritters and the mini gimbap were the favourites, and draft beer on the menu means Hyeonseonine also works for grown-up gatherings.
