Hoegi Wang Galbitang is a galbitang restaurant near Hoegi Station in Dongdaemun, Seoul. We tried the two-rib Revitalizing Galbitang and three-rib Special Energy Galbitang, with clear, light broth and moist, tender ribs. Hoegi Wang Galbitang is a spot I’d revisit for both a hangover cure and a satisfying meal.
