Sadang Station beer bar for tacos and Winter Sunshine: Weizenhaus

Weizenhaus Bangbae Branch 1 is a draft beer bar in a basement right outside Exit 11 of Sadang Station in Seocho, Seoul. On a second-round visit, Weizenhaus served craft draft beer, tacos at 11,000 won for two pieces and tomato pasta, and the green-grape-scented Winter Sunshine was the standout. Wood-fired pizza and chicken are stronger here than the pasta, making Weizenhaus a satisfying second stop near Sadang Station.

Sadang gopchang restaurant with corkage for group meetups: Bareun

Bareun Hwangso Gopchang is a beef gopchang (grilled beef intestine) restaurant near Exit 10 of Sadang Station in Dongjak, Seoul. Assorted gopchang for two costs 48,000 won and comes with eomuk-tang (fish cake soup) and unlimited chives, plus corkage for 10,000 won per bottle, making it a solid pick for group meetups. The place is small and often full, but the meat comes pre-grilled and doesn't cling to your clothes as much as usual.
