Yuk Lab Yeouido (육랩 여의도점) is a Yeouido charcoal-grill spot for beef and lamb, open 16:00-23:00 on weekdays and 15:00-23:00 on weekends. It's at 42 Yeouinaru-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (Units 238 and 239), just 71m from Exit 5 of Yeouido Station on Lines 5 and 9.

There's no parking of its own ❌ Park at the Yeouido Jonghap Sanggga (a shopping complex), go in through the back door and head up to the 2nd floor.

Every seat at Yuk Lab Yeouido is a private room, so I didn't take separate photos of the place! It's a dark, moody room where you can eat in private, and it looked great for anniversaries or a birthday party with friends 🎂

What's in the Yuk Lab 3-person mixed set?

The 3-person mixed set at Yuk Lab Yeouido comes with four cuts: jingalbisal (beef rib meat), lamb ribs, sirloin and tosisal (skirt meat). Two of us ordered the 3-person set.. total FLEX 💵 Here's what's in it.

Do you have to grill the meat yourself at Yuk Lab Yeouido?

Yes, at Yuk Lab Yeouido you grill the meat yourself over charcoal. Charcoal-grilled meat is the real deal... I was so happy, but having to grill it myself was a little disappointing. Neither of us is good at grilling.. it could have tasted even better, I'm sure... sob 🥹

Luckily, the meat itself was great quality and juicy, so we still had a happy meal 🔥

Even just from the photos, doesn't the meat look amazing..... Anyone hunting for a great beef spot should really keep an eye on this 😬

How do you grill the cheese that comes with the set?

The Yuk Lab 3-person mixed set comes with cheese too, and it's insanely good.

Cheese melts away if you put it straight on the grill, so we grilled it on top of mushrooms, and the combo with the meat is seriously good... If the amount in the set isn't enough, you can get more by joining the review event haha

Honestly, we ordered plenty and got full fast, but the meat was so good we kept eating.. Meat is protein, so it won't make me fat, right?

Can you eat beef and lamb ribs together in Yeouido?

Yes. The 3-person mixed set at Yuk Lab Yeouido includes 230g of lamb ribs, so you get beef and lamb in one go. Lamb cleared smoothly too! I'd been craving lamb ribs lately but a full-on lamb restaurant felt like a bit much 🥺 So being able to enjoy beef and lamb together is just great, hehe

Finishing with naengmyeon

I couldn't just leave Yuk Lab Yeouido, so we added naengmyeon (cold noodles)~~~ Eaten together with the meat, it's absolutely fantastic 😛 It's been getting really hot lately and I was worn out, but I left feeling properly restored.

It's in Yeouido, so I bet it's popular with office workers nearby. Yuk Lab is a Yeouido hotspot, and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good-value beef and lamb spot for a group dinner.
