Green mulberry-leaf noodles and spicy broth shabu-shabu, Anyang Arts
Ppongip Sarang Anyang Arts Park branch is a shabu-shabu and bossam (boiled pork wrap) restaurant right in front of Anyang Arts Park, Gyeonggi. The writer ordered the shabu-shabu bossam set with spicy broth, cooked vegetables and beef in the pot, and tried the green noodles and rice cakes made with mulberry leaf. With the park's walking trail right outside, it made a good combo of a stroll and a warm meal.
