Seongsu dessert café with milk soft serve and ₩3,200 latte: Mellows
Mellows is a soft serve dessert café in Seongsu, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, a 1–2 minute walk from Ttukseom Station Exit 7. On a rainy day at the window bar seats, Mellows served three soft serve flavors — milk at 3,500 won, peanut butter at 4,000 won and peach at 4,500 won — plus a hot café latte at 3,200 won. The rich milk base over a cereal crunch was solid enough that Mellows is worth a stop for a different kind of dessert in Seongsu.
