Mentsuru Euljiro Branch is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Jung-gu, Seoul, serving tori paitan and shio ramen. After a 5 PM Saturday reservation, we shared spicy tori paitan, shio ramen, and five pieces of handmade karaage, with the yuzu danmuji standing out most. A satisfying meal with deep broth and a bright accompaniment.
