Jung-gu Chinese restaurant for garlic scape fried rice: Huhugwan
Huhugwan is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor right in front of City Hall Station Exit 10 in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a Thursday after work, the writer and a coworker ordered the mala hot pot for 32,000 won and garlic scape fried rice for 11,000 won, asked for broth refills throughout, and received free fried dumplings through a Naver review event. At a window seat facing the street, the mala hot pot and fried rice combination was good enough to finish 3 bottles of soju and 3 bottles of beer.
