Friends' Mixed Grill A and soju at a Dangsan Station BBQ: Chodaechang

Chodaechang Dangsan Station (초대창 당산역점) is a gopchang and daechang (grilled beef intestine) BBQ restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building right outside Exits 11 and 12 of Dangsan Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. The writer and a friend ordered Mixed Grill A (daechang, teukyang premium tripe, makchang and heart, 640g, ₩66,000), added Hanwoo gopchang (₩21,000), and finished with doenjang sulbap (soybean paste rice soup, ₩7,000) and soju, while staff grilled the heart first, then the daechang and teukyang, then the makchang. Even as a picky offal eater, the writer was satisfied enough to want to return to Chodaechang Dangsan Station.

Sinchon Indian curry house revisited: mutton masala A set, Meno Kamena

Meno Kamena Sinchon Branch is an Indian curry restaurant on the 2nd floor at 13 Yeonse-ro 11-gil, a 5-minute walk from Sinchon Station in Seodaemun, Seoul. The writer, once wary of Indian food, never forgot the curry she first tried there with a coworker a year earlier, so she returned with her husband and ordered the A set for two (25,000 won per person) with mutton (lamb) masala curry. Verdict: Meno Kamena Sinchon Branch is worth recommending even to people who think they don't like Indian food, and she plans to go back.
