Cheonghwaweon is a Chinese restaurant in Seodaemun, Seoul, serving Taiwanese-style beef knife-cut noodles and Hong Kong-style dim sum. We shared beef knife-cut noodles, xiaolongbao, and chili shrimp; the chewy noodles, rich broth, and sweet-spicy shrimp were especially good. Verdict: Cheonghwaweon is a great pick for an uncommon Chinese meal near Sinchon.
