Seongsu brunch restaurant with crispy spicy eggplant: Brivite Seongsu
Brivite Seongsu is a Western-style brunch restaurant near Ttukseom Station in Seongdong, Seoul. We tried the ₩50,700 Beet Set with scallion cream corn gnocchi, salmon steak pasta, and crispy spicy eggplant. Verdict: a great two-person set for sampling inventive Western dishes in Seongsu.
