Gwangjin Korean BBQ for frozen pork belly and pork skin: Ssamchae
Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, known for cooking pork on a large pot-lid griddle. On a fourth visit, I tried frozen pork belly, reordered my favorite pork skin, and finished with self-serve vegetables and fried rice. Verdict: an easygoing repeat stop for chewy pork skin and affordable drinks.
