IFC Mall instant tteokbokki boiled at the table for two: Hyeonseonine
Hyeonseonine Premium IFC Mall Branch is an instant tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake) snack restaurant in the underground street shops of IFC Mall in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. We ordered instant tteokbokki for two at the kiosk and boiled it at the table, with a free peppery eomuk (fish cake) broth and a self-serve bar for pickled radish and soy sauce. The tteokbokki at Hyeonseonine Premium tasted best after simmering a little longer, once the sauce had soaked into the rice cakes.
