Pasta restaurant near Seongsu Station with no wait: Omil Seongsu
Omil Seongsu is a pasta and omurice restaurant on a corner alley off Achasan-ro 5-gil, near Seongsu Station in Seongdong, Seoul. Two neighborhood guys dropped in during the awkward gap between lunch and dinner on a rainy weekday and were seated with no wait, sharing the two-person set menu (48,700 won) of gochujang butter pasta, rubber duck omurice and whole corn fritters. Omil Seongsu looks built for Instagram, but the food and the room work just as well for diners of any age.
