Birthday dinner at a Garak-dong beef intestine grill: Jinseong Hanwoo
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a beef intestine (gopchang) grill restaurant in Garak-dong, Songpa, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Garak Market Station Exit 4. Arriving around 6 PM for her husband's birthday dinner, the writer ordered two servings of hanwoo gopchang and one of hanwoo daechang, then added one more gopchang, eating it all with the house mijeolma sauce and the restaurant's homemade green onion kimchi, plus a complimentary steamed egg. After more than 10 visits without a single disappointment, Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang made this birthday dinner another satisfying one.
