Mentsuru City Hall Branch is a ramen restaurant a one-minute walk from Exit 10 of City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. The visit covered three dishes shared between diners — soy sauce ramen, motsu ramen (beef tripe ramen), and hormone don (offal rice bowl) — with the soy sauce ramen clean and light, the motsu ramen spicy with plenty of tripe, and the hormone don rich with deep sweet sauce. Alternating between ramen broth and the rice bowl made for a satisfying, filling meal.
