A super-flat, stuck-down look felt like too much, but leaving the frizz as it was made it a pain to handle-; I wanted something that calms down naturally, with the ends softly turning inward. (So my older sister couldn't tease me, hahaha..)

After: how did the natural volume magic turn out?

Instead of an artificially pin-straight feel, it looks like my hair is just naturally calm and neat, and I totally fell for it 🤎 The way the line of my hair falls from the side is so pretty, I can't ㅜ

Was the 3-step Deep Layer clinic good for damage?

This volume magic came with the 3-step Deep Layer clinic, so hair damage is kept to a minimum!! Damage is what I worry about every time I get a perm, so I was glad to have the clinic done together.

Overall, what I like most is that my hair is calmer and the silhouette is cleaner. Because the ends turn in naturally, it looks neat without any effort styling it! In autumn I wear calm pieces like knits and jackets a lot, and I think this natural hairstyle will go really well with them 🫶🏻
