I have a favorite restaurant in Yeonnam-dong — it's Hôtel de Couture! It's so good that I, someone who normally hates waiting, waited over 40 minutes to eat here...
A great atmosphere for a Yeonnam-dong date course
The warm-toned interior blends together nicely and the lighting is fairly soft, making it perfect for a date~
It's also a fitting space for anyone looking for a Yeonnam-dong date restaurant, and honestly, a lot of foreigners come here

How does the jambon truffle cream risotto taste?
Jambon (ham) cream risotto scented with truffle oil~ The distinctive truffle aroma rises up gently and the texture is so good!! I came back for this texture...
The cream sauce blends smoothly through the whole risotto, so from the first bite it's full of nutty, rich flavor~ Adding the truffle scent makes it a bit deeper and richer
Once the jambon's distinctive salty taste kicks in, my chopsticks kept going back for more. Eating the risotto together with the jambon means the cream's nuttiness and the ham's saltiness combo is amazing.
How does the house steak turn out?
It comes out cut into easy-to-eat pieces with three sauces~ The steak is seared golden on the outside while staying juicy inside, so you get both textures
There's little of that tough, chewy feeling and it's relatively tender! The inside keeps its juicy texture alive, so it's really tasty><
What's the best combo if you're going as a pair?
Alternating between the risotto and the steak throughout the meal means you never get tired of one flavor, and the combo is the best!!
If you're visiting as a pair, ordering one cream-based risotto and one steak to share also seems like a good combo. I tried the other menu items too and they were all delicious...
The fried side comes with 2 hash browns and 4 onion rings! They're crispy, and having the onion rings alongside means you don't get sick of it, and it pairs well with the steak too!
If you're looking for a Yeonnam-dong date restaurant, a Yeonnam-dong restaurant, or a Hongdae brunch restaurant, this is one worth visiting at least once :) If you want to spend a relaxed time with delicious Western food in Yeonnam-dong, I recommend Hôtel de Couture 🤍
