Kosi Seoul National University Entrance Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Gwanak, Seoul, serving cold udon, tonkatsu, and donburi. I adjusted the bukkake udon with broth and toppings, while the spicy katsudon had a gentle kick. Verdict: the wonderfully chewy, springy cold udon noodles alone make Kosi worth revisiting.
