Concasse Anguk is a Western restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, set in a hanok-inspired space. We ordered potato gnocchi, halibut steak with doenjang risotto, and Beef Wellington, and every dish was a hit. Verdict: a lovely choice for a special-date meal or gathering.
