Craving American-style sandwiches, the writer swapped the chicken breast sandwich onto baguette and the baguette sandwich onto ciabatta, packed both to Suji, and shared them with her mom. The chicken breast side kept its crunchy vegetables and mustard alive, while the ham and cheese side felt more familiar — sharing two made for an easy comparison.
