Does the Chef Cho mango cake hold up when spooned with the band on?
I worried the cream would make the cake collapse, so I left the band on and took a big scoop from the top with a spoon. It held its shape better than I expected. I think it would be fine cut into slices too!
The fruit's pleasant sweetness and the not-heavy cream make an can't-go-wrong combo, and with the flower shape I doubt many women would say "meh" to this (!) Great as a gift.
