Korean BBQ family dinner in Janghanpyeong, Seoul: galbisal at Ilbeonji
Ilbeonji Jeongyuk Sikdang Janghanpyeong Branch is a beef butcher restaurant a two-minute walk from Exit 3 of Janghanpyeong Station in Dongdaemun, Seoul. Four adults shared the big one-cow set at 1.2kg, added galbisal (boneless short rib) at the end, and finished with bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles), also trying the manager's tips for usamgyeop (thin beef belly) doenjang jjigae and sesame oil pajeori (scallion salad).
