Selected Nicks is a big café near Gangnam Station that I personally love so much~! The vibe is great too.. and it even has a cool rooftop, which is a must at this time of year! Let's check out my review of this stylish café together~!

What is the dessert showcase on the 1st floor of Selected Nicks like?

The moment you walk into the 1st floor of Selected Nicks, a grand, gallery-like space opens up with a dessert showcase stretching along it. Honestly, the second you step in, this pretty, exhibition-like space just unfolds in front of you~! And the showcase is full of things to eat! With desserts lined up like that, anyone who loves sweets will get dizzy with excitement, haha (me included.. ahem)

What tiramisu flavors does Selected Nicks have?

Selected Nicks is a tiramisu cake hotspot, so if you visit you should definitely try the tiramisu. The flavors are super varied: choco banana, matcha, strawberry, Dubai and more. I thought tiramisu only came in chocolate, so I was surprised to find so many flavors... haha

Which floors can you sit on at Selected Nicks?

You order on the 1st floor, and this big café has plenty of places to sit: B1, floors 2–3, the 8th floor and the rooftop. I was a little full today, so I ordered a sausage bread with an iced Americano and a vitamin green grape drink, then went to find a seat first! This Gangnam Station café is huge, and there really were so many places to sit!

The 8th floor: great for studying and group projects

The 8th floor has a space that feels a bit like a study café, so I thought it was good for quiet laptop work and for team projects too! The other floors are mostly decorated in a clean white tone, with a wide variety of seats and power outlets, so I thought they were good for working as well!

Good for group gatherings and sharing desserts

With so many seats and so many places to sit, I thought Selected Nicks is a great spot to come as a group for team projects or work, haha. The tiramisu cakes are big too, so they're easy to share, and it's a place where a bunch of you can come and feast on desserts together!

Were there seats on the Selected Nicks rooftop?

On this day, the rooftop above the 8th floor of Selected Nicks was already full. I've totally fallen for the cool weather lately and really wanted to go up there today!.. But now I get why it was full~ It's a place where you can properly enjoy an open view of Gangnam and a gorgeous night view, haha (if you haven't been, please go!). I was definitely in Seoul, yet I could see a view like this right in the middle of Gangnam, which opened up my chest and left me so satisfied ><

Of all the spaces and floors, I thought the rooftop was the coolest! Eating tiramisu out in the open air, there's no healing like it.. haha. If you've been to Selected Nicks, or plan to visit, please spend some time on the rooftop above the 8th floor! (You can get up there easily by elevator too! Highly recommend!!!)

Elevators and restrooms on every floor

With this many floors, Selected Nicks has restrooms on every floor and an elevator that stops at every floor, so you can move around comfortably by elevator~! This is one big reason I love Selected Nicks so much, haha

How did the sausage bread at Selected Nicks taste?

The sausage bread at Selected Nicks came out warmed up, so I could eat it right away as if it were freshly baked. Finally, sitting down to try the sausage bread! It was my first time having bakery items here, so I was excited~! I'd definitely eaten a hearty meal before, so why am I hungry again.. haha

The sausage bread was really true to its flavor and the filling was generous, so it was a tasty item that I could cut with a knife and pop right into my mouth, haha. The menu here is great for finishing off the day after a meal! That's why it's my favorite café, and I come twice a week without fail... haha ><
