Songpa Korean BBQ with beef makchang and noodle soup: Jinseong
Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Bangi Direct Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Songpa, Seoul, known for beef intestines and beef makchang. After ordering one serving each, I had staff-trimmed grills, three kinds of Jeolla-do kimchi, complimentary steamed egg, and a huge janchi guksu. Verdict: the beef makchang and noodle soup are must-orders with soju.
