I visited New York Apartment, the famous handmade burger spot in Hapjeong 💗 When I looked it up, it turned out I'd already saved it on Kakao Map as a must-try 🥺

New York Apartment is only 3 minutes from Hapjeong Station Exit 9, so it's easy to get to by subway 😘 It has a whopping 10 Blue Ribbons, so I was super excited before I even got there 💖

What is New York Apartment like inside?

Inside, there were more seats than I expected and the space is roomy 😜 The vibe is good too, so it'd be fun to go in the evening and enjoy it like a pub. While we were there, quite a few foreign guests came in too 🤣 Clearly a popular place!

There were really a lot of celebrity autographs, and once I tasted the food, I understood why it's so popular 🔥

Every table has hot sauce, seasonings, wet wipes and even gloves, so it's comfortable to eat there ❤️ We ordered easily at the kiosk 🙆🏻‍♀️

I couldn't get a photo of the menu, but I ordered the Cheeseholic Burger set with the side changed to onion rings, and we ordered one more New York Cheese Burger set ☺️

The drinks came out first ❗️ We went with soda, the perfect partner for a burger 🥺

Ta-da ✨ Our order arrived! The portions were bigger than I expected and it looked great, so I was super excited 😘 It's been a while since I had a handmade burger, so I was really curious how New York Apartment would be ❤️

How does the Cheeseholic Burger taste? Two patties and three cheeses

This is the Cheeseholic Burger I ordered 😆 I really like cheese, and with cheese right there in the name I was so excited that I ordered it on the spot 😜 The cheddar oozing out looked so tempting 🔫

I swapped the fries for onion rings, and they were bigger than I expected, so they were easy to enjoy without feeling heavy 🔥

The Cheeseholic Burger has a whopping two beef patties, plus American cheese, Colby cheese and cheese sauce. It's salty, just like an American-style burger, and the bun is soft and soaks up all the grease ❤️

New York Cheese Burger set with extra lettuce and cheese fries

This is the New York Cheese Burger set my husband ordered ❤️ He added lettuce to the burger and changed the side to cheese fries 🤣

The fries are covered in a blanket of cheese, so they're nicely salty and tasty even without dipping in ketchup 💗

This sauce is nutty and delicious dipped with the burger bun or the onion rings 🙆🏻‍♀️ It wasn't greasy, and we left nicely full 😇 Thanks for the meal again today!
