The solo portion came with 3 handmade dumplings, 1 steamed dumpling, mushrooms, bean sprouts and noodles, plus a self-serve spicy paste bar to turn the broth fiery halfway through. One bowl carried the meal from dumplings to noodles — a filling, satisfying lunch.
