City Hall Station Chinese restaurant for pepper beef: Huhugwan
Huhugwan is a modern Asian Chinese izakaya in Jung-gu, Seoul, one minute on foot from City Hall Station Exit 10. I had stir-fried water spinach for 9,000 won, pepper beef with five flower buns for 22,000 won, and crispy eggplant rice for 12,000 won. Verdict: Huhugwan is a great fit for a satisfying but not overly heavy Chinese meal near City Hall Station.
