Gwangmyeong jjukkumi restaurant near Costco: flying fish roe wraps

Jeongipum Jjukkumi Gwangmyeong 1st Branch is a griddle-cooked baby octopus (jjukkumi) restaurant inside AK Plaza, between IKEA and Costco near Gwangmyeong Station in Gyeonggi. After a Costco run, the writer brought her mom for griddle jjukkumi with the loaded add-on set (beef belly) for two at medium spice, wrapping it in sesame leaves with gim, shredded radish, flying fish roe and white sauce, plus complimentary egg custard and fried rice to finish. Her mom called it different and delicious, and Jeongipum Jjukkumi is a definite repeat visit.
