Visiting on a weekday at 1:30pm after a short wait, the writer upgraded the value set to the premium 12-piece sushi and added the anago liver futomaki, enjoying a handmade apple vinegar-sauce sashimi rice bowl, thick-cut sushi, and a roll piled high with ankimo (monkfish liver). Eating with her mom, she left satisfied enough to call it her go-to lunch spot in Hayang next time.
