Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Garak Flagship is a beef intestine grill restaurant on Songpadae-ro 28-gil near Garak Market Station in Songpa, Seoul. Returning a year after a first visit, the same order — gopchang, makchang, and finishing rice ball — tasted just as clean and chewy as remembered, if not better. A restaurant worth making a regular spot.
