Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a sirloin gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the basement floor of 98 Huam-ro near Seoul Station, from a brand that began as a butcher shop. The gyukatsu set (sirloin) and the steki (steak) set are both 19,500 won, and each slice is grilled with butter on a personal tabletop brazier — the wasabi-and-salt combination tasted better than the house special sauce. For two people, Ichigyu is best ordered as one gyukatsu set and one steki set to compare.
