Cumin lamb ribs late dinner near City Hall Station, Seoul: Huhugwan
Huhugwan is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor near Exit 10 of City Hall Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. Arriving late after the Gyeongbokgung Palace night opening, the writer had booked ahead and took a window seat at Huhugwan for cumin lamb ribs, mala hot pot in the mild version, and cucumber salad. The lamb ribs were tender rather than chewy and even the mild hot pot kept a tingling kick, making Huhugwan a good dinner stop after a walk around Deoksugung Palace.
