Michuhol ramen restaurant, chili oil in mild broth: Menya Seoul
Menya Seoul Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is a ramen restaurant in the basement food court of Lotte Department Store Incheon, in Michuhol, Incheon. Two of us ordered the dongpo pork mild-broth set (with a small sweet soy chicken rice bowl) and the spicy jambon ramen set (with small crispy gyoza), then stirred the table chili oil into the mild broth halfway through for two flavors in one bowl. Menya Seoul is a simple, filling lunch stop while you shop.
