Gangnam hair salon C-curl recovery perm for frizzy hair: Koara
Koara Haircare Gangnam is a total design salon on the B1 floor of A Tower on Teheran-ro, a one-minute walk from Exit 12 of Gangnam Station in Seoul. After a summer of damage left this writer's hair dry and frizzy, director Koara did a layered recovery perm — a protein treatment, recovery magic straightening, then a curl set into the ends. Two weeks on, the C-curl still held even after careless blow-drying, a satisfying fix for frizz.
