Geomdan, Incheon omakase bar with wine pairing at bar seats: Matgim
Matgim is an omakase dining bar on the first floor of the Megabox building in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. At the 7pm weeknight slot, two people at the bar seats had the 35,000-won-per-person chef's choice course: fig tofu cream cheese salad, grilled napa cabbage, tripe tacos, white ragu pasta, pork tenderloin steak, and plum sorbet. Matgim's staff also suggest wine pairings, which makes it a good choice for an anniversary or any night worth dressing up for.
