Daepae Market Gangnam Nonhyeon Branch is a 24-hour thin-sliced pork restaurant on Hakdong-ro 2-gil near Nonhyeon Station in Gangnam, Seoul, where you can grill at outdoor tables. On a cool evening the order was 3 servings of thin-sliced pork belly plus 1 serving each of thin-sliced pork jowl and pork cheek-jowl, with the 2,000 won per person unlimited self-serve bar and cold kimchi noodle soup. Meat sliced on the spot to order and a self-serve bar for changing up each bite kept the meal from getting heavy to the last piece.
